Ear Tipping cats

Why Ear Tip Cats?

Ear tipped cat at Kindness Counts pet clinic.

Cat Tipping is a non-harming surgical alteration of the tip of one of the cat’s ears to quickly and easily identify a free-living cat that has been spayed or neutered.

A part of TNR (Trap Neuter/Spay Return) , this humane procedure quickly identifies cats within a colony that are the humane and effective approach to animal population control for stray and feral cats. Scientific studies show TNR improves the lives of stray and feral cats, improving their relationships with people who live near them and decreasing the size of cat colonies.

Due to the overwhelming public response we were unable to fix all the cats people wanted to schedule before the end of year deadline. Therefore, Kindness Counts Spay Neuter Clinic is extending our Community Cat Special. This service is for ALL Outdoor Cats.  The service includes Spay or Neuter, Rabies vaccination, and ear-tipping.  Cost is $35.
